FRIENDS OF ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH

No longer in existence

The Friends of All Saints’ church charity was set up by Longstanton residents in response to the closure of the church in autumn 2002, due to part of the Nave roof collapsing. After running for nearly two decades sadly the charity was forced to close down. Many of those involved with the Friends group still play an active role in helping to support and maintain this important Grade 1 listed church. New volunteers are also welcome so please do contact the Parochial Church Council if you are able to spare a few hours.

In recent years and largely thanks to the efforts of the Friends group, the church now has toilets, a meeting space and kitchen facilities. A community cafe is held in All Saints’ church every Wednesday morning from 10.30 – 12.30 am
