County records been moved/ are moving to a new site in Ely but we are unsure whether this new facility is complete and open to the public. Sadly Shire Hall was deemed to be unfit for preserving original records and archives which meant the County Council had to find a new home for the collection or lose the right to keep them within the county.
We will endeavour to find out and put new contact details on this page as soon as we can.
