The value is and was 100s; before 1066 £8.

13 Freemen held this land.  One of them was Bishop Wulfwy’s man; the rest were Edeva’s men; all could grant and sell their land.

Land of Gilbert son of Thorold

Gilbert, son of Thorold holds 4 ½ hides in LONGSTANTON.  Land for 6 ploughs.  Hugh holds from him.  In lordship 2 ploughs;

7 villagers with 9 smallholders and 13 cottagers have 4 ploughs.

3 slaves; meadow for 2 ploughs; from the marsh 3,200 eels and 2s 8d.
