7 Squadron

Below are just a few of the photographs sent in by members of 7 Squadron Association. This is just the beginning. In due course we will try and add more detail on the photographs and the stories behind them. Some of the photographs appear “official” and we are unsure where copyright lies. If we publish any photograph and there is a copy right issue please contact us immediately. We will seek to keep the photograph on the site with the correct accreditation. If that is not possible we will be happy to remove the photograph from the site.

Other images of 7 Squadron all taken at RAF Oakington.

The final photograph shows Frank Lively and his crew. Frank unfortunately was a casualty of the war. His son Michael never knew his father, but he has pieced together his father’s history and has kindly donated this information to LDHS. Unfortunately we are still experiencing problems with up-loading images onto the site. Once this is resolved we will try to up-load the photographs again with more information attached.
