An excellent evening spent in the presence of Mike Petty discovering The Ouse Washes – People and Places. As usual Mike produced an interesting and informative talk to an audience of over 30 people. It was lovely to see a number of non-members join us. Although Mike gave us the talk for free as part of a Heritage Lottery funded project, we of course thanked Mike with a little gift of our own.
