LDHS Annual General Meeting
The 2011 AGM will take place on Friday 2nd September, prior to the September Talk.
Venue: The Village Institute, High Street, Longstanton.
Time: 7.30pm.
Voting at the AGM is restricted to members only. Non-members are welcome at the talk (Charge £ 2) but must arrive just before 8am or let the committee know in advance that they are in-eligible to vote.
Information will be sent out to members in mid August. Minutes of last year’s AGM will be handed out at the meeting. If any member, not attending the meeting, would like a copy please let us know. To help save paper and the environment the Minutes of the 2010 AGM will only be sent out on request.
